Delivery & Returns

UK DELIVERIES

We aim to despatch all orders within two working days.

We offer FREE delivery on all UK orders. Orders will be sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery service. Royal Mail 2nd Class can usually be expected within 2-3 days.

We offer an express upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class delivery service for £4.50 which can usually be expected the very next working day but can take up to 2 working days following despatch.

Wholesale or high value orders will be sent via DPD or DHL. We will forward any tracking information via email once we have despatched your order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

International orders will be charged at £15 regardless of where in the world the order is sent.

International orders will be despatched within 2 working days following placement or the order.  All international orders will be sent via Royal Mail on a “tracked and signed” basis.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be over the moon with your purchase from Calon Home!

If you would like to return your item then please send it back to us via a trackable delivery service and we can then proceed with a refund.  Please note that we can only accept returned items that are unopened and unused.

If you have received an item that has been damaged in transit or does not arrive in the state it should then please take a photograph and email to us at hello@calonhome.com and we can proceed with arranging a refund or replacement.
