The personalised sympathy candle is the perfect choice when you want to let someone know you are thinking of them after loss, especially if you can’t provide comfort in person. The flickering flame of the cotton wick provides a warm glow, burning for over 45 hours to fill a space with the fragrance of your choice.

Sustainably sourced, the rapeseed and coconut wax of our Welsh candles is hand-poured into the white matte glass jar at our studio in Carmarthenshire, adding a personal touch to a condolences candle bursting with love. The sympathy candle will be gift boxed and sent directly to your loved one, letting them know they’re in your thoughts.

Designed and made in Wales, the Calon Home collection also includes numerous other personalised candles for all occasions, featuring our signature familiar and unusual candles. We want you to enjoy your Sympathy Candle safely. Follow these simple precautions to ensure your safety and the best candle experience:

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Burn on a heat-resistant surface.
  • Keep out of reach of children, pets and flammable materials.
  • Do not burn in a draught.
  • For best results, keep wick centered and trim to 1/4″ prior to lighting each time.
  • Allow the candle to reach a full burning pool before extinguishing and do not burn for longer than 4 hours at a time.
  • Container may become hot when the candle is lit.
  • Allow candle to cool fully before relighting.
